Journal Manager
The Journal Manager (also called Journal Administrator) configures and administers a single journal within an OJS installation. This is the most comprehensive editorial role short of Site Administrator.
Role scope
Journal Managers control everything within their journal — settings, workflow, users, and distribution — but cannot modify other journals or the underlying server.
Responsibilities

Accessing Journal Settings
Log in as Journal Manager, then:
User Menu → Dashboard → Settings
Settings are organised into four areas: Journal, Website, Workflow, and Distribution.
