Guest Editor
The Guest Editor role provides limited editorial access, typically used for special issue editors, invited collaborators, or external reviewers who need to act on specific submissions without full Section Editor privileges.
Role scope
Guest Editors have a subset of Section Editor capabilities. Their exact permissions depend on how the journal has configured this role. They generally see only submissions explicitly assigned to them.
