Terms & Conditions for Advertisers

By submitting a listing request, you agree to the following rules and regulations. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

1. Eligibility

• Listings are open to businesses, freelancers, and organisations offering OJS-related services.
• Applicants must provide verifiable contact information and a working website URL.
• Services must be directly relevant to OJS, PKP software, or academic journal publishing.

2. Content Standards

• All listing content must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• No false claims, exaggerated guarantees, or unsubstantiated performance metrics.
• Prohibited: spam, adult content, gambling, illegal products/services, or content that violates applicable laws.
• Listings must not infringe on any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

3. Review & Approval

• All submissions are reviewed before publication. Review typically takes 3–5 business days.
• We may request changes or additional information before approving a listing.
• Approval of a listing does not constitute endorsement of the service provider by RSYN Research LLP or the OJS Help Guide.

4. Payment & Duration

• Listings are offered on an annual basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment must be received before a listing is published.
• No refunds are issued once a listing has been published, except in cases of our error.
• Renewal reminders will be sent 30 days before expiry; lapsed listings are removed automatically.

5. Removal & Suspension

• We may remove or suspend any listing that violates these terms without prior notice or refund.
• Providers may request removal of their own listing at any time; fees are non-refundable.
• Providers found to have submitted false or misleading information will be permanently banned.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• OJS Help Guide / RSYN Research LLP acts as a directory platform only. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of services provided by listed entities.
• Readers engage listed service providers entirely at their own risk.
• We strongly recommend due diligence — request references, review contracts, and verify credentials before engaging any service provider.

7. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated at any time. Continued listing constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• Material changes will be notified to active advertisers by email.
